Pricing

6 questions

$25 per person for the BBQ package. That covers one protein, a house salad, beverages, the crew, canopies, disposables, setup, service and cleanup.

Add-ons are $7 per person each: standard sides, or desserts. There is nothing else to buy.

Yes — $1,400 before tax. At $25 a head that works out to roughly 56 guests. We've catered events from that size up to 2,000+.

No. The quote you receive is the invoice you pay. The only things that change the number are add-ons you choose, extended service time beyond two hours, or a travel charge for locations toward the far edge of our radius — and we tell you about that before you book, not after.

Yes — a 25% deposit confirms your date. The balance is due five business days before the event.

E-transfer, cheque and credit card. Corporate clients can pay by company cheque or bank transfer. A 2.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

  • 14+ days before — full deposit refund
  • 7–13 days before — 50% deposit refund
  • Under 7 days — deposit is non-refundable, but we credit it toward a future booking

If severe weather or a venue closure makes the event impossible, we reschedule with no penalty.

The food

5 questions

Pick one protein and one house salad. Beverages are included at no extra charge.

  • Proteins — 6oz all-beef burger, jumbo all-beef hot dog, grilled chicken burger, or veggie burger
  • House salads — homemade coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni salad, or cold pasta salad
  • Beverages — full Coca-Cola assortment and Naya Water

The full menu is on the BBQ catering page.

  • Sides — $7 per person — french fries, onion rings, roasted corn, fresh potato chips, sweet potato fries
  • Desserts — $7 per person — Tiny Tom style mini donuts, churros, fudgy brownies, deep-fried cheesecake

Corporate BBQs, school events, birthdays and private parties, weddings, corn roasts, food truck service and smash burger service. If your event isn't on that list, ask — it usually still works.

Yes. Tell us what you'd like on the quote form — either a specific order, or just describe the event and we'll build a menu around it.

We portion generously and always prepare a buffer above your confirmed headcount. Everything is full-sized and cooked to order — nothing is portioned down to hit a price. If your group are big eaters, say so when you book.

Logistics

5 questions

Anywhere within 100km of Toronto — the whole GTA plus Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Barrie, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby and Guelph. Further afield, ask us.

Always. We bring the grill, the crew and the full setup and cook in front of your team. Watching the food come off the grill is most of the reason to book a BBQ instead of a buffet.

Around 90 minutes before service starts, to set up grills, canopies, the condiment station and the serving line. We confirm exact timing with you when the booking is locked in.

Outdoor or well-ventilated space for the grills, access to the area 90 minutes ahead, and somewhere nearby to unload. We've worked parking lots, parks, rooftops, warehouses and loading docks — tell us what you've got and we'll make it work.

We cook through Toronto summers, and the canopies we bring cover the serving area. Light rain is not a problem. For heavy rain or lightning we'll talk it through in advance and either move under cover or reschedule with no penalty. We watch the forecast and call you before you have to call us.

Dietary needs

3 questions

Yes — halal options are available on every package. Tell us what your group needs when you book and we'll build the menu around it. If you need supplier documentation, ask and we'll arrange it.

Both come standard, not as an awkward afterthought. There's a veggie burger on every menu, and gluten-free options are available on request. Note the numbers on your quote request so we bring enough.

List every allergy in your booking details and we'll confirm what we can safely serve. For severe or life-threatening allergies, call us directly so we can talk it through properly rather than guess from a form.

Booking

Three to four weeks is ideal, and one week is usually workable. On-site BBQ needs at least five days because of equipment logistics. June to September is our busy season and Fridays and weekends go first — if your event is in that window, book early.

Use the quote form and you'll get a full itemized proposal back, usually the same day. Or call 647-366-7931. It's free, there's no obligation, and we don't chase you afterwards.

  • Event date and type
  • Location or venue address
  • Rough guest count
  • What you'd like to eat, or a description of the event
  • Any dietary requirements

A rough headcount is enough to get started if you're still planning.

Yes — headcounts always move. Changes of up to 15% either way are fine up to five days before the event. Bigger swings get a revised quote; increases are usually easy. Tell us as soon as you know.

On the day

4 questions

Up to two hours of service with full staffing, included in the price. Extended time is available on request. If your guests arrive in waves — rotating lunch breaks, for instance — tell us and we'll plan the service around it.

Every booking includes an on-site coordinator as your single point of contact, plus uniformed cooking and serving staff scaled to your guest count. There's always a dedicated grill lead running the live cooking.

Yes — teardown and cleanup are included. We break down the equipment, clear the disposables and leave the space as we found it.

Call 647-366-7931. Every booking also has a lead contact whose number is in your confirmation. If something doesn't go to plan we fix it on the spot or make it right.

Still not sure?

Whether it's a quick logistics question or you want help picking a menu, ask a real person. We answer everything the same day.
